Ukraine introduced a simplified procedure and tax exempt for the import of Humanitarian Aid by Civil Society Organizations, Government Organizations, Charity Organizations, Territorial Defense Units and Military Units.

Shipment must be properly packaged and labeled to withstand handling on and off the aircraft, container, or truck.
