  • What is the product made of?
  • What is the purpose of the product? (example – gift)

  • TRT Express does not except packages containing lithium batteries that are defective, damaged, or recalled for air transportation.
  • If a laptop, cell phone, or other device is known or suspected to have a damaged lithium battery, it should be removed.
